Cancellation Policy

Moonstone Inclusive Beauty Lounge is updating its policies in order to best serve our clients. Along with respecting the time of, not only our amazing clients, but also our specialists and their families. Updates are listed below- Deposit- A 25% deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Late Policy- A 10-minute late policy will apply in order to respect clients that are booked after you. We want to ensure that we have the time available to give each client the very best experience possible. Should you need to be more than 10 minutes late, we will ask you to reschedule and your 25% deposit will be forfeited for this appointment. Cancelation/Rescheduling- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice prior to appointment will forfeit full deposit to cover specialists' time. A new 25% deposit is required if you reschedule. If you no show for an appointment the deposit is non-refundable plus full service charge will be applied to card on file. After 2 no show appointments the client will have to pay for services in full in order to book next appointment, this will be non-refundable.
